Hi guys. Been reading this thread, wow, you guys are from ALL over. I’ve been to Toronto a bunch, have some friends up there. I’ve been over to the UK a few times to visit friends and relatives. Claraclock, whereabouts do you live? I’ve been to Sin City twice, lucked out one time and took a copter tour of the Grand Canyon. Florida is great, Princess Clara Owns you’re so lucky to be going there for a week! Most of my family lives down there. If I didn’t like the seasons so much I would probably join them. I was in Mexico recently and what they say is true – DON’T drink the water! Better yet, stay at an American friendly resort where the water is purified. We went to a Fiesta show expecting to see a traditional Mexican dancing, and they did a “Forbidden Broadway” spoof. Weird. But it was fun to see Mexicans make fun of New York…and succeed. I was in L.A. a couple of weeks ago, camped out with some friends in an old basement lounge club. My friends who own the place (one was one of the Megas creators) have a social circle of people who were constantly coming and going - all artists, writers, actors, musicians. It’s the norm for West Hollywood, and just about everyone is nice to look at. I’m going to Houston this weekend. Need to cheer up a friend there who is having relationship issues. He’s also a DT fan, so I’m bringing all the taped episodes I have to date – including last nights’ which was hysterical btw, and we’re gonna do a marathon : ) I love my little portable DVD player, keeps me sane when I travel |
