I can't remember them all, but here's a few. The one we were just talking about, Toot as Jabba the Hut with Xandir as slave princess Leia, eating Han Solo in his cryogenically frozen form, Toot's mouth resembling that of the Sarlacc beast when she eats all the food (And the fridge cam), the scene where the housemates resemble Star Wars characters that's in Hero's marraige pact and I'm pretty sure that's all of them

Not bad. You missed a few.
In Clara's dirty little secret, when wooldor is sucked into Clara's Ocopussoir, it is a parody of the trash compacter scene from star wars. Also Wooldor is calling for C-3PO's help during this part.
When ling ling dyes in the Foxxy vs. the board episode, he appears to foxxy, like Obi-wan did in star wars.
In cpt. Heros marriage pact, there was another one you probably missed, which i didnt see til a couble weeks ago actually. When foxxy tries to write lyrics, her paper she was writing on says "Foxxy + Lando Calrissian" with a heart around it. (Lando is a character from the star wars movies in case you forgot. He is on the cloud city)
In clum babies, foxxy uses the force, and a lightsaber as a vibrator to teach wooldor how to masturbate. (You havent seen this episode yet though, so it doesnt really count)
In terms of endearment, Mickey Mouse, is a cross between Mickey mouse and Darth Vader. (that was priceless.)
In Xandir and Tim, when they are killing everyone, they use a trap like the ones the ewoks used in star wars. i believe you actually see ewoks to.
Finally, in Lemon aids walk, Popeye says to Hero that they will rule the galaxy side by side as father and son, which is what Vader says to Luke.

And I think the kangaroo was named Bumpers, and Spanky wanted to go to the Rodeo. Lol. That was a funny scene.

Ya, that was funny. Heres one, which I dont know the answer to. Is Bumpers (mentioned above) a parody of someone? I dont think he is, at least not to my knowledge, and I usually know this stuff.

He looks to me like a Hanna Barbera style character but I can't distinguish him as any particular one. Though he probably is one and I just can't remember.
